Itinerary

Day 01 Arriving in Delhi – Touring around the city and visiting the historic monuments of Delhi.

For your arrival in Delhi, you will be met by a representative and transferred to a hotel. Delhi was the capital of Indraprastha and capital of the Pandavas in the course of the Mahabharata. Your morning tour begins with old Delhi, built by way of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1639 AD.

You’ll visit the Raj Ghat where the father of India, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. For Indians, it is a place where our national spirit peaks, and for tourists, it’s a great opportunity to look at the Indian Nationalistic spirit up close and personal. You will tour the museum that honors him.

You will pass by Chandni Chowk, an extremely famous and busy market in vintage Delhi. You’ll enjoy India up close, see the locals and their bustling day to day activities.Chandni Chowk has shops selling delicious meals, garments, jewels, family items, and more.

This is definitely a shopper’s paradise.

Continuing the historic Delhi monument tour we will visit the Jama Masjid, one of the iconic, historic and largest mosques in India – constructed by Shah Jahan.

In the afternoon, you will visit Qutub Minar, India’s largest Minaret. Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built in 1192 by way of Turk ruler Qutb-Ud-Din Aibak. This area is beautiful, and very scenic, bustling with people and activities.

You will then visit Humayun’s tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This place is very alive, historically touching and very beautiful.

Your next stop is India Gate, constructed in reminiscence of the martyred soldiers. You will pass through the Parliament House, President’s House, and Government Secretarial Buildings. You will continue the tour visiting Lakshmi Narayan Temple, a temple dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Narayan.

Day 02 Tour from Delhi to Jaipur by road (274 km).

Early in the morning, we will drive you to Jaipur, a bustling metropolis filled with splendor, history and scenic beauty.

Origin of Jaipur is 260 years back. Maharaja Jai Singh built it, and Jaipur got its name from this king. You will spend the rest of the day visiting the Jaipur bazaars or walking down the crowded, colorful streets.

There is a lot of urban beauty in Jaipur; it’s a city of the people and history; tour around the city to feel completely in peace with yourself and the surroundings

Day 03 visit the historical monuments of Jaipur and Amber.

The morning journey begins from Amer Fort also called Amber Palace, the earlier capital of Jaipur. We will tour this spectacular fortress, built of sandstone and marble by Raja Man Singh, divided into 4 sections, each with a courtyard.

The main front gate is Surajpol having a charming architecture. Close to the Ganesh Gate, there’s a temple dedicated to the Goddess Sila Devi.

The Diwan-e-Aam – hall of the public audience, Diwan-e-Khas – hall of private audience, Sheesh Mahal – palace of mirrors and Sukh Niwas are quite beautiful.

At the Sukh Niwas, a nice climate is created by way of wind that blow over a water cascade.

In Jaipur, you will be taken to City Palace, a royal palace with seven stories and Jantar Mantar, the observatory. This super observatory attracts mathematicians and astronomers from around the world.

City palace is the perfect mixture of all 3 remarkable styles (Mughal, Rajput, and European). Hawa Mahal is popular throughout the world for its extraordinary structure.

You will be taken through the business centers of Jaipur. An excursion to Jaipur is not complete without shopping. Jaipur is well-known for garments, carpets, valuable and semi-precious stones, jewelry, and diverse handicraft products made of wood, steel, and more. The city is also famous for silk paintings and miniatures. The transport is at your disposal with-in the town limits.

Jaipur is beautiful, full of life, spiritual and an amazing place to be in.

Day 04 Visit of Fatehpur Sikri enroute Jaipur to Agra (244 km).

You will travel from Jaipur to Agra, stopping at Fatehpur Sikri, which Emperor Akbar built in the sixteenth century. Fatehpur Sikri holds first-rate testimony to Mughal civilization and is an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will visit the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, the five-story Panch Mahal, and Buland Fatehpur Sikri, a stunning piece of architecture. The tour includes Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s palace, Naubat Khana, and Birbal’s residence. You will be driven to a hotel in Agra and have free time to visit the local bazaars.

Your transport will be at your disposal within city limits.

Day 05 The historic monuments of Agra

Agra the former capital of Hindustan is a town at the banks of the river Yamuna. Agra is part of the Golden Triangle Tour alongside Delhi and Jaipur.

In the morning, you will visit the Taj Mahal, one of the wonders of the world. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan elegantly built this beautiful structure with white marble.

Majestically standing on the banks of of Yamuna River, this breathtaking, immensely lovely monument is a synonymous to romance and love. TAJ MAHAL IS CLOSED ON FRIDAYS.

Your next stop, Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and admired for its architectural shape. Shah Jehan built it in the sixteenth century.

This location accommodates fairy-tale palaces like Khas Mahal and Jahangir Palace. You will also visit Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas.

Afternoon is spent touring the bazaars of Agra. Agra is famous for inlaid marble paintings and handicrafts made of marble, wooden and brass. The transport is at your disposal with-in the town limits.

Agra is a city of culture and and it’s the place where history is as rich as oxygen is in air.

Day 06 Returnto Delhi from Agra(231 kms) – Departure

Today, we will transfer you from Agra to Delhi airport for your return flight. Most flights depart after midnight, so we do not include lodging in Delhi.

This marks the end of the tour.
