7:00 AM Birla Mandir

The Birla Mandir of Delhi was built in the year 1939 and was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. It is an iconic Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. People from all faiths can visit to see the vast campus that includes shrines, fountains, and lush green gardens.

9:00 AM Qutub Minar

The first destination to explore is the iconic minaret and the ‘Victory Tower’ of Delhi. The height of the minaret is around 238 ft, it is considered as the world’s tallest tower built with bricks. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built in 1199 by Qutub-ud-din Aibak, though it was completed by his son in law Iltumish in 1220.

12 Noon Bahai Temple

Dedicated to the people of Baháʼí faith, the Lotus temple is a popular attraction of the city that has a unique flower- like shape. The expressionist architectural style structure was completed in the year 1986.

2:00 Lunch

Post noon and sightseeing of the Lotus Temple, it’s time to rejoice the delectable cuisines of Delhi. The city has some of the best places to tickle your taste buds and rejoice the moments of joy.

3:00 PM: Red Fort

The Red Fort of Delhi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was the prime residence of the Mughals during their rulings in the country. The construction of the gigantic Red sandstone fort was commissioned by Shah Jahan post the transfer of their capital city from Delhi to Agra.

5:00 PM: Humayun’s Tomb

Humayun’s Tomb is a Mughal tomb in Delhi, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is dedicated to the Mughal emperor Humayun. The historic monument was built by Humayun’s first wife Bega Begum. The large wide campus around the monument is amazing and calm.

7:00 PM: India Gate

India Gate is also called as All India War Memorial and is built astride the Raj Path. The iconic monument stands tall in the memory of the 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who were martyred between 1914 and 1921.

8:15 PM: End of the tour
