Itinerary

Delhi, the capital city, unwinds a picture rich with culture, architecture and human diversity, deep in
history, monuments, museums, galleries and gardens. It is comprised of two contrasting yet
harmonious parts, the Old Delhi and New Delhi.
Late evening arrive in Delhi. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff and transferred to
your hotel in Delhi (Rooms will be booked from 12:00 hrs).

After breakfast visit of Old Delhi, drive past Red fort,built in Red Sand stone this imposing fort is 3
Kms in perimeter with the height of the wall varying from 18 to 30 meters at places.
Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Completed in 1658 this Mosque has three
gateways, four angle towers and two 40 m high minarets. It is India’s largest mosque where more
than 20.000 people can kneel in prayer.
In New Delhi, visit Bangla Sahib Gurudwara is a pilgrimage centre for both, Hindus and Sikhs. One
can visit the main complex bare-footed only, covering one’s head and wearing conservative clothes,
covering legs and shoulders.
Later drive past Janpath, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament, Government Buildings and India Gate.
India Gate was built as a memorial to commemorate the 70,000 Indian soldiers killed in the First
World War.
Also visit 12th Century Qutab Minar. It is 238 feet in height, 47 feet at the base and tapers to nine
feet at the apex. The tower is ornamented by bands of inscriptions and by four projecting balconies
supported by elaborately decorated brackets.

After leisurely breakfast drive to Agra. Upon arrival check in the hotel.
Later in the afternoon visit Mahtab Bagh (Moonlight Garden) Mehtab Bagh, also known as the
Moonlight Garden, is located next to the Taj Mahal. This stunning garden offers a mesmerising
experience from morning to night. It’s said to be the perfect spot to enjoy a breathtaking view of the
Taj Mahal without the usual crowds. Legend has it that Emperor Shah Jahan designed the garden so
that he could admire the Taj Mahal in all its beauty. And on moonlit nights, the reflection of the Taj
Mahal in the water of Mehtab Bagh is simply magical!

Early morning visit Taj Mahal, a poem in white marble, built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaj Mahal.
(Taj remains closed on every Friday).

Also visit Agra Fort; built by Emperor Akbar on the west bank of the river Yamuna and beautified
with palaces and gardens by Jehangir, Agra Fort today dominates the centre of the city. The
crescent-shaped fort with its 20-metre high, 2.4-km outer walls contains a maze of buildings that
form a small city within a city.
Later in the afternoon drive to railway station to board the train for Rantahmbhore.
Upon arrival transfer from railway station to hotel for overnight stay

In Morning and in the afternoon enjoy Jeep Safari into the Ranthambore National Park.
The park is most famous for its diurnal tigers. For a relatively small area, the park has a rich
diversity of fauna and flora – species list includes 300 trees, 50 aquatic plants, 272 birds, and 12
reptiles including the Marsh Crocodile & amphibians and 30 mammals.

A tiger, the park’s pride makes it one of the best places in the country to observe them. Apart from
that a large numbers of Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Gazelle, Boars, Mongoose, Indian Hare, Monitor
Lizards and a large number of birds.
Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

In the morning drive to Jaipur, also known as the “Pink City“, is famous for its historical forts,
palaces, and vibrant culture, particularly its distinctive pink sandstone architecture. It’s a popular
tourist destination, attracting visitors with its rich heritage and architectural marvels like Hawa
Mahal, Amer Fort, and City Palace.
Upon arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

In the morning visit Amber Fort with Elephant ride.
Amber Fort is situated on the crest of a hill seven miles north of Jaipur is Amber, capital of the
Kuchwaha Rajputs from 1037 to 1728. Man Singh I built it in a style to rival Mughal grandeur and
opulence. The city-palace is protected by towering outer walls; a further wall runs for miles along
the hills surrounding the palace.
In the afternoon have sightseeing tour of Jaipur city.
Make a photo stop at the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal), a sample of the perfection of the
architecture built with the pink & red sandstone.
You will visit City Palace, a combination of conventional Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.
Also visit Jantar Mantar, built between 1716. It is located within the city palace. Jantar Mantar
contains a collection of instruments for observing the movements of sun, moon, planets and stars.
In the evening have Rickshaw Ride in Jaipur city.

After breakfast full day excursion to Ajanta Caves(100 Kms + 100 Kms)
Ajanta Caves; A cluster of 32 Buddhist caves not far from a medieval village of the same name, the site is a protected monument in the care of the Archaeological Survey of India. Moreover, since
1983, the Ajanta Caves have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The thirty rock-hewn
caves at Ajanta, cut into the scarp of a cliff are either Chaityas (chapels) or Viharas (monasteries).
On the walls of the caves are paintings, many still glowing with their original colours. The outer walls
are covered with brilliantly executed sculpture.
In the late afternoon return back to Aurangabad

After breakfast drive to Ellora Caves; 34 monasteries and temples, extending over more than 2 km,
were dug side by side in the wall of a high basalt cliff, not far from Aurangabad, in Maharashtra.
Ellora, with its uninterrupted sequence of monuments dating from A.D. 600 to 1000, brings the
civilization of ancient India to life. Not only is the Ellora complex a unique artistic creation and a
technological exploit but, with its sanctuaries devoted to Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism, it
illustrates the spirit of tolerance that was characteristic of ancient India.
Later in the evening transfer to the airport to board the flight for Mumbai.
