Everything about Doors2India was very professional, from the drivers and hotel staff and especially our tour guide Anu. The small group size was especially beneficial for hearing all the detail and stories Anu had for us. And more than once Anu kept me from getting lost in the crowds. The early morning trips to the retail and wholesale markets were a special treat as I like seeing how the people live and work. This was my first fully guided trip, and I will do it again. Having just returned from an incredible tour of Agra organized by Vivek Sharma of Doors2India, I wish to share our experience. This tour exceeded all our expectations, making our visit to this historical city a truly unforgettable one. First and foremost, the organization by Vivek was flawless. Every detail was meticulously planned, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. From the comfortable transportation to the well-chosen itinerary, everything was tailored to offer the best possible experience. The highlight of the tour was our guide, Ali. His knowledge about Agra and its landmarks was astounding. He didnāt just recite facts; he told stories that brought the history of the place to life. His friendly and approachable demeanor made us feel at ease, and he was always ready to answer questions or offer additional insights. Visiting the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and other historical sites on December 25th added a special charm to the tour. Aliās guidance through these iconic locations was invaluable. He knew the best spots for photos, the ideal times to avoid crowds, and fascinating tidbits that arenāt found in guidebooks. Moreover, the local cuisine recommendations provided by Ali were superb. He recommended us to have lunch at Dasaprakash - fresh, hot and delicious food. Wash it down with a cup of South Indian Filter coffee that is the best we have ever had. In conclusion, I highly recommend Doors2India for anyone looking to explore Agra. Their exceptional planning, combined with Aliās expertise, made this tour a highlight of our travels. If youāre seeking an immersive, educational, and enjoyable experience, Vivek Sharma and Ali are the way to go.
